For many men there really isn’t a way to get him to stop; all you’ll do is make him sneak around and do it behind your back. There are some who can and do stop, but they are more rare. If you are with a man who isn’t capable of stopping, and you aren’t capable of walking away, there are some ways for you to learn to deal with it.

Mga Gagawin:

1. Realize that he isn’t watching porn wishing you looked like those women…if he wasn’t happy with you, he wouldn’t be with you. Try to understand why he really is watching it and what he gets out of it.
2. Try watching it with him…even if you HATE it, he will love that you’re willing to share it with him. It can be a great way to spend time together, and might even lead to some pretty hot sex. Who knows, you might end up liking it too! Watching it with him will feel like you approve of what he is doing, and men need and love approval.
3. Ask him if he wants to try some of the different positions, role playing, etc. He might have a fantasy or something he’s always wanted to try but is too shy to ask. Try to understand the parts of him that he hasn’t disclosed to you.
4. Even if none of the above tips appeal to you…stop nagging him about his "habit"…nagging will only lead to fighting, and fighting leads to breaking up. There is a healthy way to fight in a relationship, but nagging leading into a fight isn’t it. Professional counseling or marital counseling can lead to real change.
5. Try explaining to him how you feel about pornography and discuss each others values. Try to reach a compromise. Tell him that no woman can live up to the false realities in those movies, try discussing how he veiws pornography in a relationship. If you’re going to accept that he does it, you have to be comfortable with his reasons.
6. Discuss when his guilty pleasure becomes an addiction or a serious problem for you and plan what you can do if that happens or if you begin to feel uncomfortable.

Mga Tips:

1. Do not take his porn watching as a personal affront, many men are just much more visually stimulated than women are, and he isn’t trying to upset you. (that’s an excuse)
2. Try watching porn.

With everything inside the computer producing more and more heat, you may think of installing a cooler for your hard disk drive, especially if you have a high rotation model (7,200 rpm or above) in order to increase the lifespan of your HDD and, at the same time, decreasing the PC internal temperature, preventing it from overheating.

Vortex is a hard disk drive cooler from Vantec that blows cold air from outside the computer case on the hard disk drive, decreasing your HDD temperature. It is available in two models and two color options (silver and black). The first model, VTX-CO1, has a digital thermometer and you can adjust the fan speed as hi, low or off. The second model, VTX-CO2, doesn’t have a digital thermometer but has a potentiometer that controls the fan speed. We reviewed VTX-CO1-SL model.

Vortex is a 5 ¼” aluminum enclosure to be installed on any slot targeted to 5 ¼” devices available on the front panel of your PC. Your HDD must be installed inside this enclosure.

you can see how Vortex looks like inside. On the left side you can see the blower in charge of pulling cold air from outside the computer case and blowing it on the hard disk drive. If you pay close attention you can see on the far left a dust filter (the product comes with two extra dust filters for you to replace it in the future). Since this product blows air from outside the computer case to inside your PC, it if didn’t have a dust filter your hard disk drive would become dirty very quickly. In the middle of the product you can see its thermal sensor.Vortex2

Instead of a regular fan, this cooler uses a crossflow blower, which distributes the air more evenly thru the hard disk drive.Vortex3
